Set in the stunning Lions Wilderness Park in Farmington, New Mexico, this exciting event offers three race distances to cater to runners of all levels: a challenging 15-mile course, an adventurous 9-mile route, and a fun 5-mile trek. The trails will take participants through the breathtaking Hood Mesa area, providing a perfect blend of scenic beauty and exhilarating challenges.
With the races kicking off at 7:00 AM for the 15-mile run, followed by the 9-mile at 7:05 AM and the 5-mile at 7:10 AM, there’s plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere and prepare for an unforgettable experience. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet on Friday, May 15, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or on race day morning from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM at the park. Join fellow running enthusiasts for a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and the thrill of the trails!

The 1st Edition of the Hood Mesa Trail Run will be held in Farmington, NM at the Lions Wilderness Park and follow the flowy trails through the Hood Mesa Area. Three different distances will give runners of all levels the chance to enjoy the event! Hood Mesa Trail Run will take place on June 7, 2025. The course distances to choose from are: 5-miles, 9-miles and 15-miles.
