DUE TO ACTIVITIES SURROUNDING THE FIFA WORLD CUP 26TRADE MARK IN KANSAS CITY, THE 2026 HOSPITAL HILL RUN WILL BE RUN ON AN EARLIER DATE IN MAY.
Take part in The Kansas City Running Tradition, and participate in the Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races. Join the thousands of runners from across the country and the world who have Conquered the Hill!

For those wanting to share in the tradition but are unable to attend in person, we offer the Hospital Hill Run Virtual Race option for all three distances. We hope that you can experience everything this event has to offer in person.
