Get ready for the Hot As Fire 5K Series, a thrilling summer running event taking place in Carrollton, Dallas, from June 3 to August 12, 2025! This exciting series features 11 Tuesday night races, allowing participants to run one, some, or all of the 5K distances. Known for its stunning scenery, the course showcases two ponds, a river, a lake, and a beautiful natural area teeming with geese, ducks, and swans. Runners can enjoy a well-marked route with water stops, and post-race snacks including watermelon and ice pops.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Each race evening kicks off with registration at 6:30 PM, followed by a free kid’s run at 7 PM and the main 5K run at 7:15 PM. Weekly medals will be awarded to age group and overall winners, with series awards for participants who compete in at least four races.
