This thrilling event is part of the Highlands Ranch Mountain Bike (MTB) Series, which takes place over four Wednesdays in July and August, featuring diverse routes designed for mountain bikers of all skill levels.
Racers will tackle two 5.5-mile loops for a total distance of 11 miles, with a total ascent of 764 feet, reaching a maximum elevation of 6,230 feet. Each race is an opportunity to collect points towards the overall Series Championship, with both men’s and women’s categories competing fiercely for the title. To qualify for the Series ranking, participants must race in at least three of the four events, making it a perfect challenge for competitive spirits. Organiser's Description
The Highlands Ranch Mountain Bike (MTB) Series takes place on four Wednesdays in July and August. Each Wednesday night features a different route. All four races take place in our beautiful and pristine Backcountry Wilderness Area with the first three taking place on our Highlands Point Trail System and the fourth taking place on our Wildcat Mountain Trail System.
Mountain bike racers of all abilities are welcome! All categories are for men and women. Points are collected throughout the Series to crown an overall Series Champion in each male/female category at the conclusion of the Series. Racers will have to race in three of the four races to be eligible for series ranking and the Overall Series Champion award. We will take your top three finishes to calculate your final ranking score.
