Join us for the vibrant Hurricane 5K on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the picturesque Rincon, Effingham. This exciting event invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy a scenic run, ruck, or walk along the beautifully refurbished golf cart path of the City Club at Lost Plantation. Choose from four engaging categories: the 5K Run, 5K Ruck, 5K Walk, or the fun-filled 1 Mile Fun Run.

All registered participants will receive a race medal at the finish line, and those who sign up for a T-shirt will want to act fast, as they are limited and cannot be guaranteed after April 15. Ruck participants will also earn a custom-designed patch from GoRuck, adding a unique touch to your race experience. With timing provided by Endurance Race Services, you can focus on enjoying the day while supporting a great cause! Proceeds from the Hurricane 5K will benefit the Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association's Cross Country team, helping to cover essential costs such as race fees, uniforms, and team equipment.
