Join us for the exciting Hurricane 5K event on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, in the picturesque Rincon, Effingham, just a short drive from Savannah, Georgia. This fun-filled day invites participants of all fitness levels to take part in a 5K run, ruck, or walk along the beautifully refurbished golf cart path at the City Club at Lost Plantation. For families and younger participants, there's also a 1 Mile Fun Run to enjoy!

With four categories to choose from—5K Run, 5K Ruck, 5K Walk, and the 1 Mile Fun Run—there’s something for everyone to get moving and have fun. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this vibrant community event that not only promises a great time but also supports the Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association's Cross Country team. Proceeds from the race will help provide essential resources for young athletes, including uniforms, race fees, and nutrition.
