Join us for the 2nd Annual I Raced The Law 5K and Fun Run on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in the vibrant community of Oswego, Kendall! This exciting event not only promises a fun-filled day of friendly competition but also supports a great cause, raising funds for the Oswego Public Safety Cadets Post #1833. Runners of all ages can participate in the challenging 5K race, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to race against a police officer in your age and gender bracket.
In addition to the 5K, there’s a 1 Mile Fun Run for those looking for a shorter distance. Every participant will receive a t-shirt, and if you beat the officer's time, you can proudly check off the "I Won" box on your shirt! Don't forget to pick up your race packet at the Oswego Police Department on April 11 or 12, or on race day starting at 8:00 AM. This is a fantastic way to engage with the community, stay active, and support our local heroes. Mark your calendars and get ready to race for a cause!

Organiser's Description
The 2nd Annual I Raced The Law 5k and Fun Run is raising money for the Oswego Public Safety Cadets Post #1833. Proceeds from this race will go towards paying for equipment, training, and towards lowering the cost for participation in the 2025 Public Safety Cadets National Competition. Race against a Police Officer in your age/gender bracket on our course. Everyone gets a t-shirt and if you beat the officer's time you can check off the I Won box on the t-shirt. The 1 Mile Fune Run is also included in the race!
Race Packet pickup will be at the Oswego Police Department located at 3355 Woolley Rd from 9am to 7pm 4/11/24 and 4/12/24. Day of packet pickup will begin at 0800 the morning of the race at the race site.
ANY SIGN UPS AFTER 3/31/25 ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SHIRT. EXTRA SHIRTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS ON THE DAY OF THE RACE.
DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.
