The Idaho High Mountain Triathlon returns on Saturday, October 2, 2027, for another unforgettable day of mountain adventure, personal challenges, and community spirit in the heart of Idaho.

Take on a one-of-a-kind course that begins in the geothermal waters of Warm Lake, climbs mountain roads reaching elevations of approximately 7,300 feet, and finishes near the welcoming community of Yellow Pine.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, tackling your first triathlon, racing with friends, or cheering from the sidelines, there's a place for you at IHMT!

Choose Your Challenge

Individual: Complete all three legs swim, bike, and run.
3-Person Relay: Team up with two others, with each teammate completing one leg.
2-Person Relay: Share the challenge, with each teammate completing one leg and working together to complete the third.
Participation options include able-bodied, adaptive, and mixed relay formats where applicable.
