Join us for an interactive injury prevention workshop + 5K fun run designed specifically for triathletes who want to train smarter and avoid setbacks.

Led by Coach Steph (Stephanie Peterson) Doctor of Physical Therapy and Head Coach of R3 Endurance this session will help you understand exactly how to manage training, prevent injuries, and make better decisions when something starts to feel off. Located at Generator Athlete Lab in the Seaholm District.
