Join us for the vibrant Interlochen Run for the Arts, taking place from May 3 to May 17, 2025, in the picturesque Interlochen, Grand Traverse. This exciting event blends the joy of running with the celebration of live music and art, all while supporting student scholarships to nurture young artists. Participants can choose between a live race on May 3 at the beautiful Interlochen Center for the Arts or a flexible virtual option, allowing you to run the 5K distance at your convenience, anywhere from your neighborhood to a local park.
Kick off your day with packet pickup on May 3 from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, followed by the official race start at 9:00 am. With age divisions and awards for both overall male and female winners, as well as various age categories, there’s plenty of opportunity to showcase your skills. All participants, whether running live or virtually, will receive a race t-shirt and medal, shipped directly to you! Don’t miss this chance to make a difference while enjoying a great run—every step you take supports future artists!

ON MAY 3, 2025, EXPERIENCE LIVE MUSIC AND ART AS YOU TRAVERSE A COURSE OF ACCOMMODATING PAVED AND UNPAVED TRAILS. REGISTRATION PROCEEDS SUPPORT STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, SO EVERY STEP YOU TAKE MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN A YOUNG ARTIST'S LIFE.
IMPORTANT UPDATE!! INTERLOCHEN RUN FOR THE ARTS HAS A LIVE AND VIRTUAL FOR 2025
PARTICIPANTS HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
* 1) Run the LIVE event on the Interlochen Arts location or
* 2) Stay at home and run/walk your event with VIRTUAL options.
* With a virtual race you can run the 5K distance anywhere, in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, at a nearby park. You will have between Saturday, May 5th and Saturday, May 17th to complete your 5K. Once you have the 5K completed you will enter your time in the Run Sign-up website. Instructions will be provided for all Virtual Participants.
* If you participate in the virtual event you will still receive a race t-shirt and medal! We will ship the t-shirt and medal to you. Cost of shipping is included in the race fee.

Timing and scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing [https://runsignup.com/http:/macssportstiming.com] using ChronoTrack technology. Results will be LIVE on RunSignUp and posted during the event.

Rally your friends and family to join you in raising funds for scholarships that ensure the excellence of Interlochen is accessible for students from all backgrounds.
