Join us for the vibrant Interlochen Run for the Arts on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in the picturesque setting of Interlochen, Grand Traverse! This exciting event features a choice between a live race on the beautiful Interlochen Arts campus and a virtual 5K option that allows you to participate from anywhere, whether that's in your neighborhood or on a treadmill. Running from May 3 to May 17, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy live music and art while supporting student scholarships that help young artists thrive.
Participants can look forward to a fun-packed day with a race starting at 9:00 AM, followed by an awards ceremony at 10:00 AM. With age divisions and overall awards for both male and female runners, there’s something for everyone! Registration fees start at just $35 if you sign up by May 1st, and all participants will receive a race t-shirt and medal, even those opting for the virtual experience. Lace up your shoes and make a difference while enjoying the beauty of art and nature at this inspiring event!

ON MAY 3, 2025, EXPERIENCE LIVE MUSIC AND ART AS YOU TRAVERSE A COURSE OF ACCOMMODATING PAVED AND UNPAVED TRAILS. REGISTRATION PROCEEDS SUPPORT STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, SO EVERY STEP YOU TAKE MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN A YOUNG ARTIST'S LIFE.
IMPORTANT UPDATE!! INTERLOCHEN RUN FOR THE ARTS HAS A LIVE AND VIRTUAL FOR 2025
PARTICIPANTS HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
* 1) Run the LIVE event on the Interlochen Arts location or
* 2) Stay at home and run/walk your event with VIRTUAL options.
* With a virtual race you can run the 5K distance anywhere, in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, at a nearby park. You will have between Saturday, May 5th and Saturday, May 17th to complete your 5K. Once you have the 5K completed you will enter your time in the Run Sign-up website. Instructions will be provided for all Virtual Participants.
* If you participate in the virtual event you will still receive a race t-shirt and medal! We will ship the t-shirt and medal to you. Cost of shipping is included in the race fee.

Timing and scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing [https://runsignup.com/http:/macssportstiming.com] using ChronoTrack technology. Results will be LIVE on RunSignUp and posted during the event.
