As part of the program, you'll prepare for the Common Rush Trail Runs on July 19th, and look forward to a thrilling day-long field trip run at Stone Mountain State Park the following weekend. With options for all fitness levels, including a hiking group, this program is designed to accommodate various race distances while fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Join the adventure for just $130 and get ready to discover the joy of trail running in the Triangle!

PROGRAM DETAILS:
* Information Session: TBD
* Program Starts: June 1st, Carolina North Forest
* Program Ends: July 27th, 2025 with our day-long field trip run!
* We'll explore local trails at Carolina North Forest, Eno River State Park, Umstead State Park, Wilson Park, Briar Chapel, and more
* Runs are every Sundays at 8 am. These will be held at various trails around the triangle that will help expand your knowledge and comfort level of running in the area
* We'll have options for beginners and more seasoned trail runners, and we have a hiking group. Your training plan can help accommodate any race distance you're interested in.
* This is a very beginner friendly trail season! For any questions or concerns about your eligibility please email [email protected].
Cost: $130 and we will share a discount code to register for the race! PRORATED FEE AFTER THE START OF THE PROGRAM.
