Whether you choose to walk or run, youll enjoy a scenic 5K route filled with encouragement, community, and purpose. Proceeds from this event will go towards the non-profit, Involve-MENT in Motion Inc. to further the mission of fitness and inclusion for all the IDD Community.
There will be vendors for you to patronize and get some treats and resources as well.
