Organiser's Description

Jack & Jill Course Update

Were sharing an important course update and to provide clarity as we work through next steps.

Due to recent storm-related impacts affecting specific sections of the Palouse to Cascades Trail, we will not be able to use the original Jack & Jill course this year. This decision was made in coordination with permitting agencies and with runner safety as the top priority.

That said, we want to be very clear: Jack & Jill is not canceled.

Our team is actively working through permitting on a proposed alternate route that aligns with what runners expect from this event a fast, smooth, net-downhill course. We are hopeful to continue delivering the same high-quality race experience that Jack & Jill is known for.

At this time, we ask runners to hold off on making any decisions while we finalize details. As soon as the new course is confirmed, we will communicate directly with registered runners with clear information and any available options.

To avoid confusion while this process is finalized, registration will be temporarily paused.

We understand how meaningful this race is to so many of you, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work diligently with the appropriate agencies. Our commitment remains the same: a safe, well-supported, and memorable race experience.

Thank you for your trust and understanding. Well be back in touch as soon as we have confirmed details to share.

With gratitude,

The Jack & Jill Race Team
