Get ready for an exhilarating day of cycling at the Jasper Jaunt 2026, taking place on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, in picturesque Fair Oaks, Newton! This exciting event invites cyclists of all ages to join the fun on a scenic 19.3-mile route that begins at Fair Oak Farms and concludes in downtown Rensselaer at the Jasper County Welcome Center. Whether you're riding solo, with friends, or bringing along the family, the Jasper Jaunt promises a memorable experience amidst the beautiful countryside.
Registration is just $30, and kids aged 12 and under can join for free! Riders are encouraged to arrive early for check-in at 8:15 A.M. CST, with the ride officially starting at 9:00 A.M. CST. While this is a non-timed event that will proceed rain or shine (except in cases of severe weather), participants can look forward to receiving complimentary bike lights if they are among the first 50 to register. Plus, those who register before June 1st will snag an event shirt! Remember, safety is paramount—helmets are required, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Join in on the 2026 Jasper Jaunt hosted by the Jasper County Trails Club! Come and enjoy a beautiful bike ride through Jasper County with family, friends, and fellow bicyclists!
$30 to register. Kids 12 and under are free!
* Check-in Time - 8:15 A.M. CST
* Ride Start - 9:00 A.M. CST
This year's 19.3 mile route begins at Fair Oak Farms, travels through scenic countryside, and ends in downtown Rensselaer at the Jasper County Welcome Center. All are welcome to tour the Welcome Center (before noon) and check out the RenArtWalk.
PLEASE NOTE: SHUTTLE SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BACK TO FAIR OAKS FARMS.
Indoor restrooms will be available at Fair Oaks. Bike Cleats are not allowed inside this location.
* This is NOT a timed event.
* Jaunt will happen rain or shine with the exception for lighting/extreme weather event.
* Event shirts included with registration if registered by June 1. No shirt guarantee after that.
* Complimentary bike lights will be given to the first 50 to register!

* SOME POLICE MAY VISUALLY MONITOR A COUPLE KEY INTERSECTIONS, BUT ROADS WILL NOT BE CLOSED OFF TO TRAFFIC.
* ROAD RIDING IN THE JASPER JAUNT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IN EXTREME CASES COULD EVEN LEAD TO DEATH. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ARE WILLINGLY TAKING THE RISK OF PUTTING YOURSELF IN HARMS WAY. THIS IS NOT A RACE, SO PLEASE MAKE YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH YOUR TOP PRIORITY.
