This year, we're excited to partner with the Greater Lowell Road Runners during the Baystate Marathon Weekend, adding to the festive atmosphere. The race kicks off at 10:00 AM sharp, so be sure to arrive early! The first 250 registrants will receive a commemorative T-shirt, and awards will be presented to the top finishers in various categories, including men and women, youth, and UML students, staff, and alumni. The Jennifer D'Amour Memorial Scholarship Run/Walk 5k is held in honor of Jennifer D'Amour, a member of the UMass Lowell Cross Country and Track and Field Teams from 1994-1998, who tragically lost her life in a car accident in May 1999.
The 5k course is flat and fast!
