Join us for the Just a Pair of Shoes Run/Walk 5K on Saturday, May 10th, 2025, in Dayton, Greene! This exciting annual event aims to empower kids in the local community through awareness and fundraising. The race will kick off with runner check-in and same-day registration from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by a professionally timed 5K course on the beautiful Beavercreek Bike Path.
Participants of all ages are encouraged to join in the fun, with a registration fee of $30 (or $35 after April 15, 2025), and special rates for those 18 and under. Every participant will receive a long sleeve shirt, and top male and female finishers in each age group will be awarded unique handcrafted trophies. After the race, celebrate your achievement at Southern Ohio Brewing, where a portion of beverage sales will support the cause, and enjoy delicious offerings from a food truck while participating in exciting raffles. COME JOIN US ON SATURDAY, MAY 10TH 2025 FOR JUST A PAIR OF SHOES' 3RD ANNUAL 5K RUN OR WALK TO SPREAD AWARENESS AND RAISE MONEY FOR KIDS IN THE DAYTON AREA. RUNNER CHECK IN AND DAY-OF REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 9:30AM AND CONCLUDE AT 10:45AM. 100% OF RACE PROCEEDS WILL IMPACT KIDS IN THE LOCAL AREA. THE COURSE IS ON THE BEAVERCREEK BIKE PATH. TOP MALE AND FEMALE RUNNERS WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOM ONE OF A KIND TROPHY IN EACH AGE GROUP. THIS WILL BE A PROFESSIONALLY TIMED COURSE THAT IS ANTICIPATED TO YIELD FAST RESULTS.
