Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, or 1 Mile distance, with a digital timer available for those looking to track their performance.
Kick off the day with participant check-in at 6:45 AM, followed by the race starts at 7:45 AM. Enjoy hydration stations, delicious snacks, and a fun photo shoot area complete with pumpkins and straw bales! All finishers will receive a medal and a drawstring backpack filled with goodies. Plus, every runner has a chance to win food truck coupons for the festival and will be entered in a raffle for additional prizes. Organiser's Description
The 2026 King George Fall Festival [https://kgfallfestival.com] Race/Run/Walk will be held for the 6th year on the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail [https://www.dahlgrentrail.org/]. This event offers an untimed out-and-back race from the Bloomsbury Road trailhead of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail. For those with a competitive streak, a digital timer will be setup at the finish line. Aid stations with hydration and first aid will be located at the start/finish and each turnaround point for respective event. Snacks will be provided along with fun items, including a wearable finisher's medal and complementary draw string back pack with race swag for all participants! This is a fun family event for all ages! Jogging strollers are allowed and no charge for children being pushed! A photo shoot area with straw and pumpkins will be setup for pictures!
SCHEDULE:

AWARDS
