After the swim, participants will transition to a 12.5-mile bike ride, followed by a rewarding 3.1-mile run to Arvig Park.
Whether you're racing solo or want to join forces with friends in the Team Event, this triathlon promises a fun and supportive atmosphere for everyone. Registration opens for team members with the first registrant covering the team fee, and all participants must check in at the park between 7:00 AM and 8:15 AM. Organiser's Description
Kinship of the Perham Area is hosting the 20th annual Average Jo Triathlon on Saturday, June 28th at Paul Miller Park just north of Perham, MN. The Average Jo consists of a 1/3-mile swim in Little Pine Lake, then transition to your bike for a 12.5-mile bike ride, and end with a 3.1 mile run to Arvig Park.
There is a Team Event option on the registration page and with this option - the first team member to register pays the team fee. The other two members will also need to sign up and sign the waiver form and record their T-shirt size.
Participants can check in at Paul Miller Park between 7:00 AM and 8:15 AM. Participant's meeting is at 8:30 AM and the start time will be right after the participant meeting and no later than 9:00 AM.

Paul Miller Park is located at 45476 County Highway 51 north of Perham, MN, and a mile from the city limits. This is the 20th annual Average Jo and is a fundraiser for the Kinship of the Perham Area. The mission of Kinship is to transform our community through the power of mentoring our local youth. -
