I had a great race. I applaud the race organizers for their skill in planning the 5K and 10K routes to avoid overlap and congestion between runners and walkers. Driving up from Vancouver, WA, I was anxious about the Saturday morning parking, but all went well. Packet pickup on Friday was smooth and a welcome treat to have one less task to perform on race morning. This was my first race in 35 years with falling snow. The 10K course was nice, too. I would like to run this event again in 2027.
