Organiser's Description
In this virtual challenge you take a step for each soldier who died during the Korean War. 36,574 soldiers died. Total steps is around 20 miles (Does not need to be completed at one time and can use alternative activities). Once you complete the requirements for the race you will receive a race medal with the Korean Challenge Coin in the middle.
Activity type: run, walk, or alternate activity
Challenge requirements:
Take a step for each soldier who died in the Vietnam War: 36,574 steps or 20 miles (may also incorporate an alternative activity for all or part of this challenge)
Must post race pictures wearing your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause
Alternate activities(Can not double dip): Each steps can be converted to:
Calories burned - 1 calorie equals 10 steps
Fitness classes a 1hr fitness class equals 5000 steps
Weightlifting 1 pound lifted equals 1 step
Punches/kicks 1 punch or kick equals 1 step
