The event features a 5K race starting at 9:00 AM, along with a Kid's Mini Dash at 10:15 AM, and a resource fair from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing essential information and services for victims and their families.
The race will take place in the beautiful Grant Park, where participants will complete a doubled loop to finish the full course. Don’t miss the chance to support a meaningful cause while enjoying a vibrant atmosphere filled with camaraderie and hope. Atlanta Victim Assistance, Inc. invites you to lace up your sneakers and join us for our second annual 5K Run & Walk in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Monthan exciting event that brings the community together to honor survivors, raise awareness, and promote healing. Whether you walk, run, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence is a show of solidarity for survivors of abuse!
Don't miss the resource fair held during the event to offer valuable information on services and support available for victims and their loved ones. This event is in partnership with the Atlanta Police Department - Domestic Violence Unit.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
* 8:00 AM - Check-in begins
