The Lacing Up For A Cure 5K run/walk is being sponsored by Iredell Memorial Hospital with the goal being to raise community awareness of breast cancer prevention, treatment, and survival. One hundred percent of the profits from this race will be donated to the Iredell Health System's Foundation Cancer Fund. This fund provides various types of financial assistance to patients as they navigate their cancer journey. By eliminating some of their financial burden, patients can focus more fully on their cancer treatment and recovery. This 5K is for walkers or runners.
