WELCOME TO THIS PACIFIC NORTHWEST FAVORITE TRIATHLON. LAKE MERIDIAN INCLUDES OLYMPIC, SPRINT, AND SUPER SPRINT INDIVIDUAL EVENTS AND A SPRINT & OLYMPIC RELAY FOR TEAMS OF 2 OR 3. ALL ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE A FREE T-SHIRT (IF YOU REGISTER ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1ST) & FINISHER MEDAL. STICK AROUND AFTER YOUR RACE AND ENJOY A MEAL, THE FINISH LINE CELEBRATION AND AWARDS CEREMONY, PINT GLASSES ARE GIVEN TO THE TOP 5 FINISHERS OF EACH AGE GROUP IN THE SPRINT & OLYMPIC - TOP 3 IN THE SUPER SPRINT.
