Both races will kick off from the vibrant Shaker Woods Festival Grounds, located at 219 St. Rt. 7. The day starts bright and early with race day registration and packet pick-up from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Young runners aged 14 and under can participate in the 1/2 mile Kids Fun Run at 8:15 AM, while the main event, the 5K run/walk, will start at 8:30 AM.
This year’s event promises a professionally chip-timed experience with a scenic out-and-back 5K course that is closed to traffic, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants. Runners will benefit from water stops along the route and can look forward to a festive celebration afterward, complete with food trucks, entertainment, and free fireworks to commemorate America’s 250th birthday!
