With free and accessible parking, and additional activities like pickleball and basketball courts nearby, the Landon’s Legacy 5k promises a day of fun, fitness, and fellowship. Organiser's Description
Come out for a day of fun with our 5k family fun run and walk. Meet Flip the frog, our mascot, and have a great morning with friends and family. Stay for the after party with fun music. All proceeds go to Landon's Legacy which was started in memory of our son, Landon. He had a big heart and we are keeping his love for others going by offering financial assistance to students enrolled in the Leavenworth USD 453 school district.
All participants will receive a Landon's Legacy swag bag and finishers will receive a unique medal. The race begins and ends at Cody Park where Landon grew up playing. Parking is free and easily accessible. There are also pickle ball and basketball courts if you want to keep the adventure going after the 5k.
T-shirt orders will be taken through April 17, additional t-shirts will be available for purchase on run day for $20.
