Laps of Love 2023- Presented by Make Lemon Aide Foundation for Cerebral Palsy

Please join The Make Lemon Aide Foundation for CP at our annual 5K and One Mile honorary CP Walk/Run/Roll on Sunday, June 11th! We are excited to share that we have been providing a decade of support to Children and Adults living with Cerebral Palsy! Help us celebrate our 10th Anniversary at our new location - The Lakeside Complex at the Outer Harbor! Due to waterfront development and ongoing construction we are moving down the road on Fuhrmann Blvd.
Online registration closes on June 8th.
You may register day of the event on SUNDAY, JUNE 11th before the races begin starting at 9:00am. 
Laps of Love (formerly known as the Run/Walk/Roll in Lauren’s Shoes) is back again this year for a one-day live event in Buffalo, NY, and virtually from anywhere. Registration opens mid March 2023 in time for Cerebral Palsy Awareness day (Which is March 25th!) Please enjoy early birding pricing by registering by March 31st to receive $5 off each registration!
We are so excited for you to join us on Sunday, June 11th for a family-friendly and accessible event that promotes exercise, kindness, and inclusion. You can choose to run, walk, or roll to support the Make Lemon Aide Foundation for Cerebral Palsy. Our goal is to raise $100,000 to support our physical therapy grant program that expands access to the First Step Recovery Model.
HOW IT WORKS:Register for Laps of Love! You can register multiple people at once! Tell your friends and family to join your team! If you like...Create a TEAM or Fundraiser to celebrate your CP Warrior, a fundraiser page, set your fundraising goal, and share your story about why you are raising money for individuals with Cerebral Palsy! It takes an army of good hearts! If participating in the live event, join us at our NEW LOCATION The lakeside Complex for a fun-filled memorable day on the beautiful water cheering on our CP Warriors! You are guaranteed to see tons of smiling faces!! If participating virtually, get out there and walk/run/roll with your family, furry friends, and neighbors! We encourage you to post photos with the hashtag #LapsOfLove2023 for both the 1-mile and 5k.

EARLY PACKET PICKUP will be held Saturday, June 10th from 12-2pm at the Bike park circle at the Lakeside ComplexPACKET PICKUP (Shirts and race bibs) will be available starting at 9:00AM on Race DayVirtual Registrations outside of the WNY area will be sent their T-Shirts via USPS prior to June 11th if registered by May 25th

POST RACE PARTY:
The Incredible DJ Milk will joining us, Award Ceremony, Signature Lemonaide!, Sweet treats!, Individually wrapped finish line snacks, water, lemonade, Adults 21 years old and over will be given 2 beer tickets with registration. Hair braiding by Madd X Hair, Chair Massages by the Massage Room by Katie, Princesses and Superhero's, and more! The Blend Food Truck will be on site in the morning serving protein shakes and bites and coffee.
The House of Munch will have all your fan favorites post race!
Amsdell Icecream will be serving up your favorite limoncello icecream!
Funds raised will be used to award therapy grants for First Step Symptom Recovery Model. We are truly thankful for your love and support!
