Get ready for the Last Chance XC Championships on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, NJ. Organised by the Garden State Track Club, this event offers runners the chance to PR on the fastest 5k course in New Jersey. The LAST CHANCE XC CHAMPIONSHIPS is the perfect opportunity to PR on the fastest 5k course in New Jersey: Oak Ridge Park. With a double-loop, pancake flat course, cheering crowds, loud music, oversized medals, personalized bibs, and free action pictures, runners will have no choice but to PR.
There will be three team champions crowned: boys (3/team), girls (3/team), and co-ed (4/team: 2 boys, 2 girls). Times, not places, will determine team results, Schools that enter more than three runners will be assigned teams based on finish times (top 3 = A Team, Next 3 = B Team, etc).
Since November 17 is the last day of the NJSIAA cross country season, this is a sanctioned high school event by the NFHS. No clubs are allowed in the high school 5k races.

11:20am - HS Girls 5k
