We are excited to offer two open water swim clinics for triathletes and open water swimmers.
Perfect for aspiring beginners and seasoned racers, this clinic will help you dial in the fundamentals of open water swimming, so you can swim safely and confidently. Competitive swimmers will learn skills to manage pace and the competition.
We'll cover
* Preparation - gear, goggles, wetsuits, course scouting
* Mindset - dismantling fear, building confidence, finding rhythm
* Safety - wildlife, temperature, boats, wind, current, debris, emergencies
* Navigation - sighting, judging distance
* Technique - pacing, stroke adjustment for conditions, racing strategies, buoy turns
BONUS WEBINAR - Join us online Monday 27 April at 7 pm ET for a FREE online educational session, for an explanation of concepts and few skills you can practice prior to arriving at the Clinics. Q & A time!
