Get ready for an exciting day of athleticism and community spirit at the 2026 Leopolis Triathlon! Scheduled for Saturday, July 4th, 2026, this exhilarating event will take place near the scenic Leopolis Pond in Shawano. Participants can choose between two thrilling race distances: the Short Course, which includes a swim in the pond, a 5-mile bike ride, and a 2-mile run, perfect for kids and Beer Belly divisions, and the Long Course for the Jock division featuring a swim, a 12-mile bike, and a 5-mile run.
With awards for the top two male and female finishers in each age group, from kids 16 and under to various adult categories, there's plenty of incentive to push your limits. Registration takes place onsite from 8:00 to 9:30 am, so arrive early to secure your spot! The first wave of competitors will kick off at 10:00 am. Don't miss out on this vibrant celebration of fitness and fun—rain or shine, the Leopolis Triathlon promises an unforgettable experience for athletes of all ages!

The 2026 LEOPOLIS TRIATHLON will once again be held on July 4th near the Leopolis Pond!
Divisions / Age Groups: (Awards for top 2 male & female in each age group)
* Kids (16 & Under): 12 & Under, 13-16
* Beer Belly (17 & Over): 17-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 & Over
* Jock (17 & Over): 17-30; 31-50; 51 & Over
Race Description: (approximate distances)
* Short Course: (Kids & Beer Belly divisions) Swim the pond, bike 5 miles, run 2 miles
* Long Course: (Jock division) Swim the pond, bike 12 miles, run 5 miles
Race Start:
* Wave starts (approx. 20-25 per wave)
* First wave (Jock division) starts at 10:00 am, followed by Kids & Beer Belly division waves
* Time for each athlete based on wave start time
Registration: 8:00 to 9:30 am. ONSITE REGISTRATION ONLY.
