Organiser's Description
We wanted to bring back a night race that we have not done in a few years. We brought it back last year and it was a great success so we are bringing it back again this year.
Come out and "Light up the Night" with us in downtown Powell as we run a 5k in honor of the Families of the Fallen.
Each year the last Sunday in September the Nation remembers Families of the Fallen. In honor and recognition for all who have lost a loved one who served our country, we would like to invite you to join us in our inaugural Light up the Night for the Fallen 5k.
This will be a fun night as the course will be lined with Blue and Red Chem lights and we just might have some fun glow necklaces for everyone to wear as well.
We will follow up the race and invite everyone to Nocterra Brewing Company and enjoy a draft beer on us (Must be 21 and over). We will buy the first beer.
