WE HAVE ADDED A 5K OPTION TO OUR EVENT. CHOOSE EITHER THE 5K OR THE 5 MILE RACE. CHIP TIMING! NO MORE HAND TIMING. PACKET PICK UP AT THE NATURE CENTER ON FRIDAY, OCT 3RD FROM 2:30-4PM AND RACE MORNING 8:00-8:30AM.
Enjoy a 5 mile or 5 K trail run among the beautiful fall colors of the Lime Creek Nature Center trails. The scenic trails will guide you through both restored open prairie and wooded areas bordered by the Winnebago River. This event is for everyone! From those who enjoy competing against others to those who just want to take a leisurely stroll or jog for some great scenery and exercise. Early entry ends August 23rd. Register by noon, Sept 18th and receive a long-sleeved tech fabric race shirt. All entries will receive a gift card for $20 to our sponsor's store: Wayne's Ski and Cycle. Trophy to overall male and female winner in 5K and 5mile races. Medals for age group 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places (5K only: 14 & Under, 15-19) (5 mile only: 19 & Under), 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-69, and 70 & Over.
