Participants can choose the Elite Wave, a thrilling 5K race featuring 45 obstacles, or opt for the Family Wave with 7 obstacles perfect for all ages and skill levels. Not feeling the obstacles? Join the 5K run/walk or the flat Silver Saunter walk. Kids can get in on the action too with the Youth Dash! Don’t miss the chance to team up for group discounts and help support Our Lady of Guadalupe Church's vital outreach programs. * ELITE WAVE: Calling all hardcore racers age 16+! Tackle 45 obstacles (9 per loop) in the ultimate 5K challenge. _NOTE: Race fast! The two additional obstacles featured in the Elite Wave will be shut down 40 minutes after the start of the event. Elite racers still competing will complete their event on the 7-obstacle Family Wave course._
