Join us on race day, Saturday, May 31, at W. Evergreen Street, where the 1-Mile Fun Run kicks off at 8:00 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 8:30 a.m. Early packet pickup is available on Friday, May 30, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at Opera House Coffee. Participants can look forward to awards including trophies for overall winners and medals for various age categories in the 5K, while all fun run participants will receive fun ribbons and Taco Casa Bucks. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this energetic celebration of community spirit and athleticism!

Hosted by the Durant Area Chamber of Commerce, the MAGNOLIA FESTIVAL 5K AND 1-MILE FUN RUN are part of the Magnolia Festival!
EARLY PACKET PICKUP 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. ON FRIDAY, 5/30/25 AT OPERA HOUSE COFFEE.
Location: in Durant, Oklahoma, on W. Evergreen Street, between 2nd Street and 3rd Street (in front of Opera House Coffee)
6:30 a.m. - 7:50 a.m. - Packet Pickup/ Race Day Registration
8:00 a.m. - 1-Mile Fun Run starts
8:30 a.m. - 5K Run Starts
Awards immediately following completion of the 5k.
5K AWARDS: trophies for Overall Male and Overall Female
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for each of the following age categories: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Up.

VIRTUAL 5k Run/Walk

The virtual format allows you to run or walk any time and any place from May 19, 2025, through May 31, 2025. Run with your dog, a stroller, or on a treadmill...walk, or even go for a hike! Participants registered by May 9, 2025, will receive a Magnolia Festival Run T-shirt. Shirts may be picked up at early packet pickup on Friday, 5/30/25 or on race day, 5/31/25, between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. We will mail T-shirts to virtual race participants who live more than 30 miles away. Awards will not be presented for the virtual event. Tag us with #MagFestVirtual5k on social media!
