Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the "Make a Difference for ALS Run/Walk" taking place on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, at the beautiful Roseau City Park in Roseau, Minnesota! This exciting event aims to raise awareness and funds for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, while honoring the memory of Joshua Proulx. Participants can look forward to a fun-filled day that kicks off with a Kids Dash at 8:30 AM, followed by a 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles) at 8:40 AM, and a 1-Mile Fun Walk/Run for those who prefer a shorter distance.
