Join us in making a difference at the Make a Difference for ALS Run/Walk on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, in beautiful Roseau, Minnesota! This inspiring event will take place at Roseau City Park and features a variety of race distances to cater to participants of all ages and abilities. Start your day with a Kids Dash at 8:30 AM, followed by a 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles) at 8:30 AM, and a 1-Mile fun walk/run at 8:40 AM.
This run/walk is not just about fitness; it’s a heartfelt tribute to those affected by Lou Gehrig's disease, with a special "Memory Garden" honoring loved ones. Participants can enjoy post-race refreshments, and winners will receive medals in each age division, along with plaques for the overall top male and female finishers. Don't forget, there are fantastic prizes for top fundraisers, including a Samsung 65" TV and a Weber Grill! Register by July 1st to take advantage of lower entry fees, and help support ALS patients and research across Minnesota and surrounding states.
