Organiser's Description
This month, I am challenging you to run/walk/swim/bike for at least 1-mile or equivalent to 1-mile a day. Can't run/walk/swim/bike, then how about you do any type of exercise for at least 30-minutes a day. My goal is for you to choose movement and record your movement daily. At the end of the month, I want you to be proud of what you have accomplished. Throughout the month, we will be doing giveaways. At the end of this event, you will get a prize for completing all 31 days of this challenge. Everyone wins! Keep in mind though - the biggest WIN will be that you accomplished something hard for yourself! MAKE IT COUNT
