Organiser's Description
Come join us for "Making Miracles Happen" Fun Run hosted by Miracle Agent NFP Inc.. This event is a fundraiser benefiting "Project Duffel Bag" and will be used to help provide duffel bags with care products to foster children in our community. This run will be hosted on Sunday, April, 27, 2025. We will start all runners and walkers together. The 5k will continue through the entire race path and the 1 mile will turn around and come back at the 1/2 mile marker. All participants will have a chance to get covered in food safe color.
It is recommended to wear a face covering/bandana over your nose and mouth when going through the color stations. They will not hurt you but do not taste the best when they get in your mouth
Wear bright colored close and have a blast. Whether you are an avid runner or just want to come out and have fun this is the race for you.
What is "Project Duffel Bag"? It is a program I started to be able to fill a void in our community. Many foster children go from home to home with nothing to put there belongings in, or are moved very quickly and leave there home with nothing. With this program we are able to provide them with a duffel bag that can be folded and put away during their stay and it comes to them with care products and items to help them. These children are going through a very hard and traumatic time in their lives and need a little comfort and my hope if that this can be a little comfort.
