This exciting event celebrates the natural and artistic beauty of the area with a course designed to be easier and more accessible for everyone. Starting and ending at Fields Park, participants will enjoy a scenic route that follows a rolling creek, showcasing vibrant paintings, murals, and sculptures along the way. Whether you choose to run or walk, this family-friendly event encourages you to bring along your loved ones and neighbors for a fun-filled day.
The Manitou 5K is chip-timed by Pikes Peak Road Runners, ensuring a fair and competitive experience for all. Participants will receive a specially designed t-shirt created by a talented local high school art student, and all proceeds will benefit the Manitou Springs School District and the high school cross country team. After crossing the finish line, indulge in delicious snacks from the Garden of the Gods Trading Post, savor quesadillas from the elementary school PAC team, and enjoy refreshing Kangaroo coffee. Don’t forget to bring your own water bottle to help minimize waste! New this year, Stio will have a booth with exciting giveaways, and finalists

3rd annual Manitou 5K! Easier course this year! Come celebrate the natural and artistic beauty of Manitou Springs! Race starts and ends in Fields park. Follow the rolling creek, view the paintings, murals and sculptures along the way. The path is flat and accessible to all. Run/walk. Bring your family, bring your neighbors, bring your friends!
