The Mankato Family YMCA and Greater Mankato Area United Way are proud to partner in support of youth mental wellness through healthy living. The Kids Tri highlights the important connection between physical activity and mental health, helping children build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that support their overall well-being.
Together were creating opportunities for kids to thrive - physically, mentally and emotionally - while strengthening the future of our community. Because when kids are healthy in mind and body, everyone wins.
