Whether you’re marching alongside Anita and Joe for the entire distance or joining in for a section of the walk, your participation is welcomed and encouraged!

It’s a fantastic opportunity to support community organizing, vigils, and protests while advocating for justice and accountability. You can participate by joining a team, where team leaders will rally groups for specific sections of the walk, or you can march solo at your own pace. If you prefer to cheer from the sidelines, there will be rally points along the route where your support will be greatly appreciated! Join us for a day of unity, purpose, and positive change!

Organiser's Description
On Saturday, March 28th Anita and Joe will be marching a total of 40 miles. From the Montauk Lighthouse all the way to the spot of our first Firehouse Friday protest across the street from the Montauk Highway Fire Department in Hampton Bays. The course is about 40 miles and participants are invited to join for as much or as little as they want! You can also join by coming to cheer us on at a rally point along the way.

OUR GOALS ARE TO:

* Raise funds to support community organizing, vigils, protests, and OLA's integral work on the East End
* Demand justice for victims and accountability from our government so we can truly have freedom and justice for all!
