Get ready for an unforgettable day of cycling at the Mark Knutson Memorial Tour Da Lakes on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in beautiful Detroit Lakes, Becker! This exciting event, formerly known as the Mid-Summer Bike Tour, celebrates the spirit of community and remembrance. With three scenic routes to choose from, riders can select their preferred distance: the Detroit Lake route at approximately 12 miles, the Lake Sallie route at around 21.5 miles, or the challenging Lake Melissa route, measuring about 29 miles.
Starting at 8:30 AM from Detroit Lakes High School, participants will enjoy a vibrant atmosphere filled with camaraderie, free beer or soda post-ride at local favorites like HUB 41, ROASTED, or BRYGGE, and delicious root beer floats at the finish line courtesy of Hub 41. With support from the DL Bike Shop for minor bike adjustments and complimentary LAKESHIRTS featuring awesome swag, this event is perfect for riders of all skill levels. Join us for a beautiful ride around the lakes, all while supporting Project 412 and giving back to the community. Mark your calendars and get ready to Tour Da Lakes!

In 2025 we will remember & honor Mark Knutson with the Mark Knutson Memorial Tour Da Lakes...a Project 412 Event. Part of the proceeds going back into the community through a donation to Project 412. https://project412mn.org/
Join us for a beautiful Saturday morning bike ride with friends, family or just by yourself! It's as competitive or non-competitive as you want it to be.
* LAKESHIRTS with awesome swag!
* DL BIKE SHOP will be there before the ride starts for minor adjustments on bikes.
* FREE tap beer or soda after the ride at either HUB 41, ROASTED OR BRYGGE!
* ROOT BEER FLOATS for all riders (courtesy of Hub 41) at the finish line as well.
