Before we jump into a quick course preview, lets be upfrontthis 5K includes TRAILS. As the name of the event suggests, youll be running TRAILS. Consider this your official TRAIL disclaimer.

Due to construction around the football and track stadium, this years course will look a little different. Well be starting and finishing at the Elementary School. The race begins on a short stretch of paved road leading toward the high school before cutting over to the grassy area just south of the tennis courts. From there, youll head behind the Middle School and pass the softball and baseball fields before looping around the cross-country teams well-known bus loop.

And thenits TRAIL time. The course continues into the woods, where youll hit the best part of this event: the TRAILS. After winding through the wooded section of the course, youll emerge back onto pavement and finish your run across school grounds, back to the road, and eventually the finish line at the Elementary School.

Well have food and drinks waiting for you at the end. Please note: dogs are not allowed on the course. Walkers and those with strollers will need to wait until all runners have started. And in case you missed ityes, this race includes TRAILS. Rain or shine, well do our best to hold the event, but in cases of dangerous weather, delays or cancellations may occur. No refunds will be issued.
