Were back for the 2026 edition of Southwest Floridas most festive running eventMcGregors Kilts and Kilometerson the Saturday before St. Patricks Day!
Join us at Bell Tower Shops as McGregors Irish Pub, presented by Worthington Realty, hosts an unforgettable 5K and 1 Mile race. This years celebration is bigger than ever, kicking off Lee Countys best two-day Irish festival. Expect a sea of green, spirited costumes, and non-stop fun as the festivities roll straight from the race into a full day of music, beer specials, and mouthwatering Irish fare from McGregors Pubon both Saturday and Sunday.
RACE PERKS & FUN:
All participants are encouraged to show off their Irish pride, but those brave enough to run in a kilt will be in the running for special awards! Every 5K and 1 Mile finisher will receive:
A commemorative Irish pint glass
Shamrock socks
A festive Irish finishers medal
Keep your eyes peeled on the course for lucky Irish coinsfind one and trade it in for a free beer at McGregors Pub (kids get green Hawaiian punch instead). Plus, Lucky the Leprechaun will be on hand for photos and meet-and-greets. Between the DJ, themed games, green sno-cones, green cotton candy, shamrock beads, and ice-cold green drinks, this is truly the ultimate Irish after-party.

Love beer? Love running? Then this is your event! Our Beerd Mile follows the classic beer mile format: drink four beers, run one mileone beer before each 1/4 -mile lap. Complete all four laps and claim your glory. Participants will receive a leprechaun hat with a beard (which must be worn during the race) and an awesome challenge coin. This ones all about funyou wont want to miss it.
