Join us for an exciting day of community spirit and athleticism at the Mesa County Search & Rescue 5K on Saturday, September 27th, 2025! Set against the vibrant backdrop of the Fruita Fall Festival, this annual race invites participants of all ages to support a noble cause while enjoying a fun-filled day. The event will take place at the Fruita Community Center, located at 324 Coulson St, Fruita, CO 81521, with the race kicking off at 8:00 AM.
With race distances set at 5K, this engaging event promises enjoyment for everyone involved. Registration is limited to the first 100 participants, so be sure to secure your spot early—after September 6th, the registration fee is $30, while early registration is just $20! Participants can pick up their bibs and T-shirts at the Mesa County Search & Rescue tent on Friday evening or at the Community Center on race day morning. Plus, there will be prizes for the top two finishers in each age category. Come out and make a difference while celebrating the spirit of Fruita and supporting the dedicated volunteers of the Mesa County Search & Rescue Team!
