Join us for the Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness 5k/10k on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in the scenic setting of Dayton, Montgomery! Celebrating its fifth year, this exciting event offers both a 5k and 10k race option, allowing participants to choose their challenge—all for the same great price. As you hit the trails, you'll not only be racing for personal bests but also supporting a fantastic cause, with proceeds benefiting the Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness Fund.
Start your race day with a rejuvenating pre-race yoga session at 9:00 AM, followed by the exhilarating 5k and 10k race starting at 10:00 AM. After crossing the finish line, join us for a fun after-party at Kramer's, complete with massage therapy and face painting by Annie Paints. Don’t forget to bring your leashed pets along for the fun! Pre-race packet pickup will be available on May 9 at Up and Running, or on race morning at Eastwood Metropark from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Mark your calendars for a day of fitness, community, and wellness!

This fifth-year event offers runners a 5k and 10k race option for the same price. Proceeds of the event will go to the Miami Valley Hospital Practitioner Wellness Fund.
