March 23rd Join Brunning Endurance for a 5k run and walk that celebrates Middletown Ohios rich history and supports the revitalization of historic Downtown!
Downtown Middletown is on a journey of revitalization, and though it still has a ways to go, there is a lot to celebrate! This year the Middletonian 5k is partnering with local organizations like the Butler County Warbirds, and the Downtown Middletown Inc. to bring a new historical element to your run!
THE RACE WILL BEGIN AND END AT THE BUTLER COUNTY WARBIRDS MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM! LOCATED AT MIDDLETOWN REGIONAL AIRPORT! The museum hangar will house our packet pickup and race day registration. It will also be open early for runners to view after the run. Anyone who donates to the museum through this race will be entered into a drawing for a free airplane ride! Butler County Warbirds' mission is to educate and entertain individuals, of all ages, on the historical importance of aviation while America was at war. We celebrate our heroes through the preservation of their aircrafts and memorabilia as we share their stories. Learn more at: http://www.bcwarbirds.com
A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL GO TO DOWNTOWN MIDDLETOWN, INC. A NON PROFIT, COMMUNITY LED ORGANIZATION THAT IS DEDICATED TO REVITALIZING MIDDLETOWNS BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN. Downtown Middletown Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that works to revitalize Historic Downtown Middletown and make it a beautiful, vibrant place for its citizens and visitors to socialize, exercise, enjoy the arts, shop, drink and dine.
