Join the community for the inspiring "Miles For Hope" event on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the St. Paul Public School Outdoor Track in Howard, St. Paul. This special candlelit walk aims to promote hope, remembrance, and awareness for breast cancer. Participants can choose their own distance, walking at their own pace, with options ranging from a quarter mile to two miles. Each lap is 1/4 mile, allowing walkers to complete 1 lap for 1/4 mile, 2 laps for 1/2 mile, 4 laps for 1 mile, or 8 laps for 2 miles.
By participating, you not only honor those affected by breast cancer but also contribute to a meaningful cause, as proceeds will go towards purchasing new patient gowns for individuals receiving mammograms. Join Howard County Medical Center for Miles for Hope, a candle lit walk for hope, remembrance, and breast cancer awareness. This event will take place on Thursday, October 1 at the St. Paul Public School Outdoor Track. To guarantee a t-shirt, please register by September 14th. Proceeds will go towards purchasing new patient gowns for those receiving mammograms.
