Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the annual Miles for Missions 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Columbia, Caldwell! This exciting event features a flat and straight course, making it the perfect opportunity to achieve your personal best. The 1 Mile Fun Run kicks off at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K race at 8:30 AM, both starting at Spartan Fitness, located at 1000 Davis Lake Rd, Columbia, LA 71418.

Join us to support local youth and their summer mission trip while enjoying a fun-filled day of fitness and community spirit. All participants who sign up before March 1st are guaranteed a race shirt and medal, with additional medals for all finishers. Compete for prizes in various age categories, from youth to seniors, and enjoy the thrill of an officially timed race, complete with police support for your safety. Plus, kids 12 and under can participate for free! Don’t miss out on this fantastic event—sign up early to secure your spot and be part of something special!

Organiser's Description

Miles for Missions is an annual 1 Mile Fun Run and 5k with all proceeds going to support youth and their summer Mission Trip! Join us for a great, FLAT, STRAIGHT course, perfect for PR's! Race will start at Spartan Fitness (Formerly Anytime Fitness of Columbia) 1000 Davis Lake Rd Columbia LA 71418. This is an officially timed race. 1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 8:00 sharp. 5k will begin at 8:30 AM. Local police will lead and follow racers to keep you safe! Shirts and Medals are guaranteed for all Racers who signup before March 1st. We do print extra shirts and purchase extra medals for race day but sizes are not guaranteed. Everyone receives a finisher medal. There is an overall prize for 1st place in Men's and Women's. There is a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medal for each age category, starting with 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 and older. KIDS 12 AND UNDER ARE FREE! SPONSORSHIPS ARE LIMITED SO THEY ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
