Participants can choose between the 5K and 10K distances, both of which will lead you to the picturesque Seneca Mills Falls. Runners in the 10K will also experience the historic site of Fox Mills before making their way back to the finish line at the breathtaking Cascade Falls.
All registered participants will receive a custom short sleeve shirt and a finisher medal, adding to the sense of accomplishment. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this vibrant community gathering! Willow Running USA and the Friends of the Keuka Outlet Trail are excited to bring you the 3rd Annual Mill to Mill 5K/10K on Saturday, September 13th to kickoff the Celebrate Cascade Festival that begins just as your race event concludes. This 5K/10K event will take place on the Keuka Outlet Trail starting/finishing at Cascade Falls. Both the Mill to Mill 5K and 10K will bring you to the scenic Seneca Mills Falls while the 10K will take you to previous site of the Fox Mills before you turnaround and return to Cascade Falls to finish and to enjoy the post race fun at the Celebrate Cascade Festival.

Packet pickup will be held prior to the race events on Saturday (9/13) morning starting at 10:00am at the race site at Cascade Falls along the Keuka Outlet Trail. We will allow race day registrations.
