Registration fees are just $10 until November 30, 2024, increasing to $15 afterwards, and $20 on race day—so be sure to secure your spot early! Plus, each age group will compete for medals for the fastest times, adding to the competitive spirit. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community as we come together to support young leaders and celebrate Dr. King's enduring message. We can't wait to see you at the starting line!

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward. The Young Mens Leadership Academy 5K Run is a fundraising event presented by the school to help raise funds for the academy, as well as a demonstration of their support for Martin Luther King Jr.s message of resilience and equality. Young Mens Leadership Academy is the first all-boys public school in San Antonio. Our mission is to develop young men into highly effective scholars, thinkers, and leaders by providing a high-quality comprehensive educational and social experience leading to a distinguished high school graduation plan.100% of proceeds from our event fund student programming.
