A very friendly in person or virtual run designed to get you moo-ving when you need a little bit of motivation! A cool down walk or a PR session this race is for everyone . Everyone receives a medal , kids fun dash , virtual , and 5k participants will all receive our custom finisher medals . We strive to continue to give memorable medals !
