Join us for the Moosup Valley 5K, 8K, and 10K All Trail Race on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the beautifully restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail in Moosup, CT. This exciting event kicks off with a Kids Fun Run at 9:30 AM, followed by the 10K race at 10:10 AM, the 8K at 10:20 AM, and the 5K starting shortly after at approximately 10:30 AM.
Participants will enjoy a scenic run through the park, with a combination of trail and back road experiences, as well as five water stations along the route to keep everyone hydrated. All runners will have the chance to celebrate their achievements post-race with a choice of a medallion or a quality tee shirt, plus delicious food and beverages at Weidele's Pizza and Pub, located right at the starting and finishing line. Relax on the lawn or picnic tables as winners are announced, and don't forget, leashed, well-behaved K-9 companions are welcome too! Proceeds from this event support the Rotary Club of Plainfield, CT Foundation, focusing on vital community issues such as food insecurity

Run with us on Sunday morning, September 27, 2026 on the newly restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail, in Moosup CT. THE KIDS FUN RUN BEGINS AT 9:30 AM AND THE 10K RACE BEGINS AT 10:10 AM, WITH THE 8K, BEGINS AT 10:20 AND THE 5K IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS, ABOUT 10:30.

All runners can park next to WEIDELE'S PIZZA AND PUB, 50 MAIN STREET, MOOSUP CT. This is the starting and finishing line for all races.

The races are 100% State Park Trail, the 5K and 8K cross two back roads going toward RI, the 10K crosses one road going toward Moosup. There are 5 Water Stations.
